Ryan is the driving force behind NDY’s on-site operations, leading construction management for commercial projects, multi-family developments, and government-funded housing initiatives with BC Housing and CMHC. He ensures seamless project execution through expert stakeholder coordination, site logistics, and risk mitigation, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality results.

Starting his career in Australia, Ryan quickly rose to become one of the youngest superintendents in the industry, specializing in large-scale institutional and infrastructure projects. His experience spans award-winning developments, complex community facilities, and high-security infrastructure, giving him a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, construction sequencing, and quality control.

Passionate about building strong teams and delivering high-quality developments, Ryan is dedicated to fostering growth within NDY, mentoring staff, and strengthening the local communities we build in.
