Oliver Bibby

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Oliver works closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors across the full lifecycle of construction projects, from project commencement through to final walkthrough. He is responsible for keeping projects on schedule and on budget while maintaining a high standard of quality, acting as the link between client vision, consultant design, and on-site execution.

With a background in Finance from the UBC Sauder School of Business and six years of experience in real estate development management, he brings a practical, financially grounded approach to construction decision-making and project delivery. Oliver is Vice Chair of the City of North Vancouver Advisory Design Panel, providing design feedback on all new development projects in North Vancouver.

Passionate about optimization and project efficiency, Oliver thrives in complex construction environments where overlapping trade work, variable lead times, diverse trades, and site constraints require thoughtful sequencing and clear coordination.
