With over 19 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, James brings deep technical expertise and a calm, solutions-focused leadership style to every job site. As a Red Seal Carpenter, he has built his career across a wide range of residential and commercial projects—from custom homes and townhomes to complex commercial tenant improvements—developing a strong command of rough and finish carpentry, blueprint reading, and multi-trade coordination.

At NDY, James plays a key leadership role on-site, overseeing daily construction operations and working shoulder-to-shoulder with crews to ensure each project meets NDY’s high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. He thrives on clear communication, practical problem-solving, and keeping things moving—on time, on budget, and with a focus on craft.

Having previously led teams as a Foreman and Superintendent and operated his own contracting company, James understands every layer of the building process. He’s passionate about mentorship, collaboration, and delivering results that leave a lasting impact.
