Den Duyf Park Amenity Building

NDY Contracting recently completed construction of the Den Duyf Park Amenity Pavilion, a new community hub located within the 19.2-acre Den Duyf Park site in the Village of Pemberton. Serving the communities of Pemberton, Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) Area C, and Lil'wat Nation, the project was made possible through funding from the governments of Canada and British Columbia, along with contributions from local partners including the Den Duyf Family, the SLRD, Whistler Blackcomb Foundation, The Ridge at Pemberton, Sunstone Pemberton, and the Rotary Club of Pemberton.

As General Contractor, NDY facilitated the full building process in partnership with Stark Architecture and the Village of Pemberton. The Amenity Pavilion was constructed adjacent to the newly completed second soccer field and is designed to support a wide range of recreational and community uses.

The finished building includes a community flex space, kitchen, mechanical work room, office, storage room, accessible and standard washrooms, showers, rooftop patio, concession stand, EV chargers, outdoor seating area, and a new parking lot.
