Stride – Contemporary Urban Living in the Heart of Kelowna
Stride is a boutique multi-family residential development that embodies the vibrant, wellness-driven lifestyle of downtown Kelowna. Designed and built by NDY Contracting Ltd. in partnership with Waters Development, Stride offers a blend of modern design, sustainable living, and community connection, perfectly situated in one of Canada’s fastest-growing cities.
Located at 979–983 Coronation Avenue, Stride features nine thoughtfully designed homes: eight contemporary three-storey townhomes and one two-storey bachelor suite, each with private rooftop patios and integrated garages. The design emphasizes intentional living and mobility, encouraging residents to explore Kelowna’s vibrant downtown, waterfront and trails.
Design Philosophy
Stride’s design celebrates connection and movement. Inspired by the idea of “taking the next step”, the project promotes a healthy and active lifestyle with:
Rooftop patios designed for entertaining and relaxing in the Okanagan sun
Dedicated e-bike and e-scooter storage and charging in each garage
Walking and cycling proximity to the Cawston Multi-Use Pathway and downtown amenities
Shared green spaces, including a community rooftop garden supporting pollinators and local food production
Architecturally, the project blends modern materials and natural textures that reflect Kelowna’s unique landscape. Generous setbacks, extensive glazing, and landscaped pathways enhance both privacy and connection within the community.
A Step Forward for Urban Living
Stride represents NDY’s commitment to innovative, human-centred residential development that enriches the way people live. It’s more than a place to call home—it’s a lifestyle built around motion, community, and sustainability.
