NDY Contracting is delivering the Oceanview Deep Energy Retrofit project in North Vancouver, focused on improving the performance and longevity of an existing multi-family affordable housing building.

NDY will lead the deep energy retrofit, upgrading building systems and envelope components to significantly improve energy efficiency, resident comfort, and long-term operational performance. The project is designed to extend the lifecycle of the building while reducing utility costs and environmental impact.

This retrofit supports long-term housing affordability by improving building resilience and lowering ongoing operating expenses, while maintaining a high standard of safety and comfort for residents.
