Mons Royale, a globally recognized brand known for its high-performance merino wool apparel, is expanding its footprint in Whistler, BC. NDY Contracting is proud to manage the multi-phase commercial tenant improvement for their latest retail location. The project is designed to balance operational efficiency with the brand's distinctive aesthetic.

Phase 1 involved minimal alterations and trade fixture support, strategically planned to proceed without requiring a building permit. This approach enabled Mons Royale to open its doors quickly and take full advantage of peak season traffic while maintaining compliance with operational requirements.

Phase 2, currently in the design and permitting stage, is set to begin construction in 2025 during the off-peak season. This phase will focus on incorporating Mons Royale’s signature style and aesthetic, creating a retail environment that enhances the customer experience and aligns seamlessly with the brand’s premium products.
