NDY Contracting is currently under construction on Bar Supernova, a new high-concept cocktail bar in Vancouver’s Chinatown, located beneath Keefer House on Keefer Street.

Created by hospitality veterans Max Curzon-Price and Andrew Kong, alongside chef Shaun Couzelis, Bar Supernova is designed to push the boundaries of what a cocktail bar can be. Curzon-Price and Kong previously earned Michelin’s Exceptional Cocktails Award for their cocktail program.

The 2,150-square-foot space is being designed by Vancouver studio &Daughters, with the interior centred around a large communal bar. The design challenges the traditional separation between guests and the working side of a bar, creating a more open and fluid environment where people can be closer to the action.

NDY is working with the Supernova team and design partners to bring this highly detailed hospitality space to life, balancing the technical and functional requirements of a working cocktail bar with a design that puts the guest experience at the centre.

Located in the heart of Chinatown, Bar Supernova will join a neighbourhood known for its distinctive food, drink and hospitality scene. NDY is proud to be building the space where this new concept will come to life.
